In a video message to the Conference of the Parties (COP) 30 meeting in Belen, Brazil, on 17th November, Pope Leo XIV warned that the present efforts to safeguard the earth are not enough: “Creation is crying out in floods, droughts, storms and relentless heat. One in three people live in great vulnerability because of these climate changes.”
